Returns Policy

7-day returns

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is for the customer's account unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Hygiene exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, opened fragrances, tissue oils, deodorants and soap bars cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

Report any damage, leakage or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned goods.
