Shipping Policy

Delivery rates

Standard courier is R95 nationwide and free on orders over R850 (after discounts). Express next-working-day delivery is R160 to major centres.

Timelines

Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days to major centres and up to 5 working days to outlying areas.

Collection

Free collection is available from 108 Elizabeth Ave, Parkmore, Sandton, 2196 once we confirm your order is ready.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available at the delivery address, a second delivery attempt will be charged at the standard rate.
